Earth is the only home that we must protect. Nowadays, pollutions affect the climate deeply. Especial global warming, it has become the most serious problem in the world. The atmosphere is so thin that we human beings can destroy it easily. What's more, we also send plenty of carbon dioxide to the atmosphere. According to this, the temperature is getting higher and higher year by year and it also causes lots of diseases such as floods, droughts, storms and tsunamis. As a part of Earth, I have responsibility to protect our home. I can take more buses, less cars; I can turn off all the lights when I leave a house; I can use less paper in order to save more trees. These are all little things; however, if everyone can do these little things, it will become an awesome thing to protect our only home.

How to Relieve Stress
In my coat of arms, I put this section below. That doesn't mean it is not important, by contraries, it is very important in our lives. The shape of my coat of arms is a human skull; the bottom of it is a mouth. The reason I put this section below is that we just eat out and destroy stress when we meet it. There are many ways to relieve stress. Once I have stress, I will play my guitar and sing songs. Music is the best way to relieve stress. When we are playing instruments and singing songs, we will pay more attention to playing and singing, and forget the other things, so that it can relieve stress easily. Do not look down upon stress, if you really have stress, just do something you want to do and forget it. Only when you know how to relieve stress can you have a happy life.
Adapting to a New Environment
Human beings are very adaptable. We can live in most climates of the world. In the past, people tended to stay in the place they were born, but now we move easily from countryside to city, from one part of a country to another, and ever from country to country. Each place has its own customs and ways of life, and countries also have different languages. When I moved China to Canada, I have to make several adjustments to my life.
There are so many different basic things between Canada and China such as food, shelter and transportation that we have to deal with. In China, I usually eat fresh food, but since I have been in Canada, I have almost always had to eat frozen food. What's more, it's very inconvenient here because of the transportation system. Compared with China, I can go anywhere at any time I want. Every coin has two sides. It's quite easy to find a place to live here; however, it's so difficult in China because of its large population. Once I chose to come here, I had to adapt the life styles here first.
The second thing I have to adapt is the culture. As everyone known, every country has its own culture, especially the manner. We Chinese are so shy that sometimes "NOT" doesn’t mean "NOT". For example, one of Ming’s friends, who comes from America, invited him to dinner. After dinner, he asked Ming whether he was full or not; his answer was "I am full", but truthfully, he was still hungry. Another different manner is the attitude to elder and junior. In China, we should put ourselves into a low level, and we should respect the old and cherish the young, that's our Chinese manner; on the other hand, everyone in Canada is equal, even the children can shout at their parents but the parents have no ideas. In Canada, people concentrate more on equality no matter you are rich or poor, elder or younger. Perhaps, the most difficult things for me to adapt is the culture. Whatever, I have to face it.
The last important thing is the work. As we know, China is famous for its large population, according to this; there are so many work forces that it makes the work cheap. Everyone can find a job without any licenses and will be paid not much; meanwhile, only when we have licenses we can work in Canada and it can be more valuable. In addition, it's more free and in conformity with law to have your own business here. For example, Elaine used to have a restaurant in China, she remember that she had to run from one government department to another by herself to get the license; but when she had a restaurant here, she didn’t have to do it by herself, she just let the lawyer to do it all. Why must we do all my things in China? Because we don't think others can do it very well, even the lawyer; but it doesn't happen in Canada. In short, if we want to work here, first, the licenses is very necessary; secondly, you need to trust others who can help you, at last, we have to make others' working valuable, not cheap. The work is the other important thing I should adapt.
In conclusion, I wonder sometimes if I am the same person I was before I moved. By adjusting my different living style, my different culture, my different working situation, I may appear to others as if I am a new person. However, I think of it not as having changed but as having grown.
Children in China and Canada
General education in the world has many differences. Every country has its own way of education. When I came to Canada, I deeply feel the differences between China and Canada. One of the most important is bringing up children in family, school and society.
In Canada, children have more opportunity to show their opinions in family equally, whereas it does not in China. In China, children must put themselves into a low level when they talk to the elders. Sometimes, children cannot show their opinions when they talk to the elders. I know it's a little strange to western country. However, in our Chinese opinions, we must do this to respect the elders. Another thing is that children cannot say "NO" when parents order them, or they will be hit. I know in Canada, children can choose whether they want to do when parents order them; what's more, children cannot be hit by their parents because it's illegal to hit children. But in our Chinese opinions, hitting is not only a good way to teach children, but also a kind of love. That is the first difference between bringing up children in China and Canada.
Studying in school is another difference in bringing up children. In Canada, children are so free to learn many things that they can have a lot of experiences, meanwhile, Chinese children only have to study, they don't have enough time to learn more about other things, so they are very good at studying, however, they don't have many experiences. For example, one of my friends named Calvin, who has gone to Vancouver to study engineering, always gets the first one in the test, but when they have to use their hands to mix something, he finds difficulty in doing that because he has not enough experiences in mixing. That's the most obvious difference between China and Canada.
The last important difference is children’s attitudes to the society. Most Chinese parents only tell their children to study hard so that they can find a good job, and they don’t say much about volunteering the society. As I know, most Canadian families teach their children to not only work for themselves, but also for the whole society. That's why it is hard for Chinese to get the global awards. That's one of the most important differences between bringing up children in China and Canada.
In conclusion, every country has its own way of bringing up children, but there is not best way to bring up children. Children are the future of our whole human race. Even though there are so many different ways of bringing up kids, we can put the good points together and find a best way to teach children. Only when we pay more attention to teaching children, will we human beings become better and better.
Mars
Mars is one of the planets in the solar system. What's more, it is the other only planet that human beings can live on the solar system. In the future, we may travel to Mars for vacations.
Places to visit
1.Tharsis. Once we get to Mars, we must land on Tharsis, because it is the only area that is so flat and wide for us to land on.
2.Olympus Mons. You had better go to Olympus Mons, or you will regret it for life because it is the largest mountain in the solar system with a height of 78 thousand feet and a width of 500 kilometres. In addition, there is also a 20-thousand-foot-high cliff around it.
3.Alba Mons. You should go to visit Alba Mons, which is the widest mountain in the solar system, with a width of 1600 kilometres. I think you will wonder it so much.
Places to avoid
1.Arsia Mons. You had better not go to Arsia Mons, or you will be in trouble because it has the largest caldera which has a width of 110 kilometres and a super high air pressure of 107 Pascals in Mars
2.South and North Pole. These are two of the most dangerous areas on Mars. Dry ice, which is also called solid carbon dioxide, is fully covered on the South and North Pole, so you must freeze to death when you are there.
3.Small Volcano in Terra Cimmeria. We recently discovered this volcano to the south-east of Alba Mons. Please remember! Don't go there because we are still not sure when the volcano will erupt.
Places that are optional
1.Valles Marineris. You can visit this awesome canyon, if you have a spaceship. it is so awesome because of its length of 4000 kilometres, width of 600 kilometres and depth of 8 kilometres
2.Hellas Planitia. It is another awesome place we can visit. It is an impact crater with a depth of 6000 metres and a diameter of 2000 kilometres. It could amaze you a lot.
3. Seven Caves. There are seven caves on the side of Arsia Mons in the recent discovery. It shows that these caves are at least 80 metres deep and 200 metres wide. In addition, these caves may be the most prefect protection to lives, so we may live in these caves in the future.
Things to bring
1.Oxygen Cylinders. There is too little oxygen to offer us to breathe, so we must bring enough oxygen cylinders.
2.Spacesuits. We had better wear spacesuit, or every kinds of Cosmic rays and horrible hot and horrible cold can kill you easily.
3.Compressed Food. We have to bring compressed food because there is so little gravitation on Mars, and we cannot eat any normal things without gravitation.
4.DC or DV. If possible, we can take DC or DV to take some awesome photos or video to memorize this exciting trip on Mars.
Things to do
1.Take photos. You can take some awesome photos or video.
2.Collect the Rocks. You can also collect some rocks and take them back to do some research.
3.Do not Jump. There is not so much gravitation that it can hold you on Mars safety. You had better not jump.
How to act
1.We don’t have to walk quickly; we must walk step by step to make sure whether we are really on Mars. Please do not jump!
2.can use radios to communicate with each other here.
3.Every time we must have a cable to be connected so that we won’t be thrown away into the space easily. Once we are thrown away into the space, we cannot be survived.
